Our History
Our History
We know consumer foods. Many of our brands have been category leaders for over 150 years. Eagle Foods was established in December, 2015 after being purchased from The J.M. Smucker Company by Kelso & Company. While our company is new, our brands are rich with heritage and tradition.

Our People
We are led by a talented management team with decades of experience in food and success in building strong brands. The people at Eagle are dynamic, with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building categories and brands.
Bernard is the CEO and a partner at Eagle Foods since 2019 where he is leading the expansion of the company through organic growth and acquisitions. He spent his entire career in the food industry and held senior leadership positions for more than 25 years. Before joining Eagle he was the CEO of Ajinomoto where he drove a major manufacturing transformation and prior to that he was the CEO of Ferrero USA, where led the launch of Nutella in the United States. He likes to grow businesses in a sustainable way and to build organization around People and brands.
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Eagle, Debbie brings over 20+ years of experience and expertise in financial leadership within the food industry. She has demonstrated a strong track record of driving strong financial growth in both topline and bottom-line. Her previous roles, which include a 15-year tenure at Unilever and most recently, Americas CFO at Upfield (PE backed CPG food company, have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of profitable transformation, strategic mindset, and cost-saving strategies. She is passionate about the strategic use of technology to enhance business partnering / decision support and deeply invested in the development and success of high-performance teams.
Mike is the EVP of Sales and a partner at Eagle Foods since 2019 where he leads the sales organization in pursuit of being the “Most Loved Food Company.” Mike has been “selling” in the food industry for 30 years, and has been in Sales Leadership roles for the past 15. Before joining Eagle, Mike was the VP of Grocery at Ferrero USA during the launches of the Nutella and Kinder Brands in the Unites States. Mike’s passion is building High Performing Teams of exceptional individuals that are always open to learn and grow.
Dan has 18 years of Finance and Accounting experience in the CPG industry. Prior to joining Eagle Foods, he was a key member at the JM Smucker Company with brands such as Smucker’s, Eagle, Folgers and Uncrustables. Before joining J.M. Smucker, Dan spent eleven years in various financial management roles at Procter and Gamble in their Consumer Foods and Industrial Business Units. Dan served 13 years in the U.S. Navy.
Rob is the Executive Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations and a partner. Rob joined Eagle Foods in 2018 and is responsible for end to end supply chain management including procurement, planning, manufacturing operations, distribution and customer service. Prior to joining Eagle, Rob spent 10 years at JM Smucker where he held senior leadership positions in operations, corporate planning and distribution. Rob started his career at Procter & Gamble, working for 14 years in a variety of assignments. Rob’s focus is on building great teams that leverage systems and data to drive outcomes.
Marco brings over 20 years of experience developing world class HR organizations within fast growing consumer good companies. Marco is a versatile human resources executive and general business leader who has developed a reputation of being “The business person’s HR leader” and a role model with respect to leadership behaviors.
Mala is the Executive Vice President of Marketing and R&D, and a partner. Mala joined Eagle Foods in 2017 and is responsible for brand marketing, product development, regulatory and commercilization. Her unique multi-disciplinary background showcases over 15 years of proven leadership and cross functional collaboration. Mala has worked across multiple industries and is driven by revitalizing brands, driving innovation and developing and executing sustainable growth strategies.

Bill has a consistent track record of delivering transformational, financial & organizational impact through leadership, strategic insights and accountability. His diverse career experience includes leadership in both branded and private label, with proven background of success in implementing new process and leading change as well as taking business models from good to great, and optimizing operational productivity to drive long term, sustainable growth in all retail channels.
Bill has over 30 years of CPG experience including 27 years of managing our canned milk business in various roles including sales leadership, trade marketing and general management. His background includes leading food companies; Borden Foods, J.M. Smucker Company and Eagle Family Foods. Bill is a results driver leader that partners effectively with the sales team and our cross functional leaders to build & grow our brand portfolios in the Grocery, Mass, Military & International businesses.
